To use SA Freelancers, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts in South Africa.
By registering an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information provided is truthful and accurate.
Individuals or entities not meeting these criteria are not permitted to use the platform.

SA Freelancers provides a digital marketplace where freelancers can create service packages, accept orders,
deliver work, and manage their freelance business, while clients can browse verified freelancers,
place orders, and make secure payments. All interactions between users, including communication, orders,
and delivery of services, are governed by these Terms of Service. SA Freelancers acts as an
intermediary and provides tools to facilitate these interactions.
All payments for services rendered through the platform are processed securely via our chosen payment gateways.
SA Freelancers charges a service fee on all payments, which is deducted before releasing funds to the freelancer.
Users are responsible for ensuring that payments are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
SA Freelancers is not responsible for payments made outside the platform or disputes arising from such transactions.
All users are expected to act professionally, honestly, and respectfully at all times. Fraud, harassment, abuse,
misrepresentation, and any illegal activity are strictly prohibited. SA Freelancers reserves the right to suspend,
restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or that engage in behaviour deemed
inappropriate or harmful to the platform or other users.
Freelancers retain full ownership of their original work and intellectual property. By using SA Freelancers,
you grant the platform a limited, non-exclusive licence to display your content, including service packages
and portfolio work, solely for the purpose of providing our services and promoting your offerings on the platform.
All other intellectual property rights remain with the original owner.
SA Freelancers is not responsible for disputes between users, the quality of delivered work, loss of data,
or any damages arising from transactions between clients and freelancers. While the platform provides tools
and services to facilitate freelance work, it does not guarantee outcomes or results.
Users engage with one another at their own risk and are responsible for managing their projects and agreements.
Users may terminate their accounts at any time by following the account closure procedures provided on the platform.
SA Freelancers reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service,
engages in unlawful conduct, or poses a risk to other users or the platform. Termination does not
release users from obligations incurred prior to account closure.
SA Freelancers may update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time. Users will be notified of
significant changes through the platform or via email. Continued use of SA Freelancers after such updates
constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the responsibility of users to review the Terms of Service periodically.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms of Service, including disputes between users,
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
